This is what Rob Eissler thinks I'm doing. If I made a living filing TEC complaints in this area, I could retire. But Again our local officials don't know the rules. You don't get paid for TEC complaints. Hey Rob and the rest of the public officials: go to this site it has the rules. Read them!

What Rob said about me/
Rob seems to think that:
1. this is your full time job
2. you earn a living at filing TEC complaints
3. this is old news and he is being prosecuted and persecuted twice for
the same offenses4. you are out to get him
5. you have nothing else better to do
6. all charges are false and frivolous
7. they will all be dismissed
8. he is paying back the illegal money (contradiction)
9. I think he is a little shaken
Keep up the good work, things are moving in the right direction!
Google ole Rob, he has paid thousands in fines to the TEC. This aint his first rodeo.

THE WOODLANDS - For the second time in almost a year, the same complaint has been filed with the Texas Ethics Commission against Rep. Rob Eissler, R-The Woodlands.
The complaints, the most recent filed this month by Woodlands resident Mike Donnelly, claim that Eissler unlawfully used campaign dollars for mortgage payments on an Austin condo.
Despite Eissler's belief that his expenditures were not illegal, he has ceased to use campaign contributions for such expenses, he said, and has pledged to repay the $21,500 he paid his wife from his campaign account for rental payments on an Austin condominium.
Although the TEC will not confirm if it is investigating a complaint or not, Eissler said he has been working with TEC officials to resolve the matter. No judgment has been made by the TEC yet, according to TEC's Web site.
Donnelly filed the complaint because he believes Eissler has not paid the money back as he told the public he would.
"He just did it and hoped he could get away with it," Donnelly said. "He needs to pay that money back and be brought up on criminal charges."
Eissler emphasized that the money is being repaid.
"I didn't know that it was wrong and I still don't think it is, but I have ceased making the payments and am paying it back," Eissler said.
Last September, Eissler was one of five Republican state legislators called out by the Texas Democratic Party for what the party said was an "improper and possibly illegal practice" of using campaign contributions to buy second homes. In November, Michael Smith, a precinct chairman in The Woodlands for the Democratic Party, filed a complaint based on those allegations.
While state law does not allow legislators to use campaign contributions for personal use, it does allow those who do not live in Austin to use campaign dollars to help pay for activities incurred as a candidate or public officeholder. According to the Texas Election Code, Sec. 253.035, those expenses include "payment of rent, utilities and other reasonable housing or household expenses."
All the alleged illegal expenses were listed on Eissler's financial reports filed with the TEC. Payments made to Linda Eissler from campaign contributions include $52,000 from 2004-06 for campaign services, according to the filed reports. Eissler also paid Linda Eissler $500 a month to help pay for his Austin condo's $1,600 monthly mortgage payment.
